Meet Terri

Terri graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1983 with a BSEd and in 2014 with a Master’s Degree, M.S., in Communication Disorders. She is originally from southern California and enjoyed living in Colorado and Germany. She worked 2 years in home health speech therapy and has more than 10 years of experience working as a speech therapist in the public schools. Terri’s areas of expertise include working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) using sensory integrative strategies, language therapy techniques including contextualized language intervention, blended with a whole language approach. Her speech therapy strategies include an emphasis on literacy and phonological awareness. Terri and her husband of 40+ years love to travel. They have 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
